WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME AFTER PAYMENT?

Some hot selling parts may not have stock. In general, the parts can be shipped out from store in 2-3weeks after payment. Please email or whatsapp massage us if you have inquiry about your order.

CAN I CANCEL AND REFUND MY ORDER

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

Full Refund: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once the order has been processed and left our facility, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Post-Dispatch Policy (All Sales Final)

No Returns or Refunds: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we operate a strict no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, or customer errors.

3. Delivery and Logistics Conditions

Refunds related to transit and delivery are strictly limited to errors caused entirely by the freight carrier:

Unsuccessful Delivery by Logistics Company: If the courier or logistics provider is completely unable to deliver the package due to transit failure, loss, or an error on their part, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

Customer Non-Cooperation & Refusal (No Refund): If a delivery fails or is returned to our warehouse due to customer action or inaction, no refund will be issued, and the customer forfeits the payment and goods. This includes, but is not limited to:

Refusing to accept the package upon delivery.

Providing an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address.

Failing to coordinate, communicate, or cooperate with the logistics company (e.g., missing multiple delivery attempts, failing to pick up the item from a local depot, or failing to pay local import customs/duties if applicable).
